- The doors in this series are made
of 1,5 mm steel sheet.
- 3 pieces of U-style 1 mm
reinforcing steel sheets are used between 10 mm woods in door leaf.
- Leaf thickness is 5 cm in Standard
and Mono doors and 7 cm in Panel doors.
- Three type door cases can be used:
adjustable case, inserting case, fixed case.
- Lock place counterparts in door
cases are closed in adjustable and fixed door cases.
- 2 pieces of 10 mm veneered MDF
panels are used in door leaf in desired colors and patterns.
- TSE certified Kale Brand locks are
used in this series.
- All doors can be painted in desired
colors with electrostatic paints upon demand and are furniced at 200
°C
- Optional brass or satin accessories
are used upon demand.
- First class rubber fittings are
used for heat and sound insulations. Optional rubber strip at the bottom of
door leaf can be used upon demand.
- 3 pieces of lubricatble 18 mm
hinges are used in all doors. 3 security pins are used between hinges as
well.
- Standard door dimensions are 200x90
cm.
- Doors in this series are wrapped
with strong cartoon.
