 LAMINATED PANEL SECURITY DOORS

 
  1. The door leaf and cases in this series are made of 1,5 mm steel sheet.
  2. The door cases in this series are covered with veneered MDF.
  3. Chrome-nickel steel frame can be used in this series upon demand.
  4. 4 pieces of 1 mm steel sheets are welded to the leaf.
  5. Thickness of door leaf in this series is 7 cm.
  6. Two types of door cases can be used: adjustable case, inserting case.
  7. Lock place counterparts in door cases are closed in adjustable case.
  8. 2 pieces of 10 mm veneered MDF panels are used in door leaf in desired colors and patterns.
  9. TSE certified Kale Brand locks are used in this series.
  10. All doors can be painted in desired colors with electrostatic paints upon demand and are furniced at 200 °C
  11. Optional brass or satin accessories are used upon demand.
  12. First class rubber fittings are used for heat and sound insulations. Optional rubber strip at the bottom of door leaf can be used upon demand.
  13. 3 pieces of lubricatable 20 mm hinges are used in all doors. 3 security pins are used between hinges as well.
  14. Standard door dimensions are 200x90 cm.
  15. Doors in this series are wrapped with aerated nylon and strong cartoon.
